Get Involved

Police Childrens Fund has been a grant giving charity since 1948 and in that time has supported over 4000 children and young people following the death or medical retirement of a parent.

Police officers risk their physical and mental wellbeing daily and in doing so, many officers sadly die or are medically retired. We provide the children of these officers from our 22 contributing forces with financial support and stability to help with their education and development.

Our main source of income is from contributing forces where an officer has signed up to donate monthly through their payroll. The number of officers donating is falling and the need for our assistance is increasing, so we urgently need your help to enable us to continue the work we do.

We are so grateful for all the support we receive and the many ways in which it is given.

Thank you so much for the support … it has been a massive help in my university experience and to get me where I am today.

Thank you so much for your help with Oliver. The support has been amazing and if I’m honest, I don’t know how we will cope without you now. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Thank You!
