One of our lovely Hampshire beneficiaries has recently graduated from Winchester University and attended her graduation ceremony last week.
Police Children’s Fund has supported Katie for ten years throughout her education, providing grants to help with her studies and she has now officially started her job as a primary school teacher.
Katie says “It was a quick turnaround from university but I am loving teaching the final term for my Year 5 class. Thank you so much for the support from the charity, it has been a massive help in my university experience to get me where I am today.”
Everyone at Police Children’s Fund wishes Katie the best of luck with her future plans and we know that her mum, Claire, a medically retired police officer, is very proud of her.
